Graduate Management Admission Test(GMAT)
The Graduate Management Admission Test GMAT is a computer adaptive test intended to assess certain analytical, writing, quantitative, verbal, and reading skills in written English for use in admission to a graduate management program, such as an MBA. The GMAT does not measure business knowledge or skill, nor does it measure intelligence. According to the test owning company, the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC), the GMAT assesses analytical writing and problem-solving abilities, while also addressing data sufficiency, logic, and critical reasoning skills that it believes to be vital to real-world business and management success.
Test FormatTest are in two options: Paper Based Test or Computer Based Test.
The minimum qualification for appearing in MAT is graduation in any discipline from any recognized University or equivalent recognized degree. A final year student in any undergraduate (i.e. B.A, B.Sc., B.Com., B.Tech., etc) can also appear provisionally.
Usually, there is a minimum percentage requirement in graduation, which is different for different MIs/University. For this refer to the prospectus of the particular MIs/University.

Times of Conduct
The Paper Based Test is being conducted on the first Sunday of the February, May, September and December.
Almost all the cities have MAT coaching institutes and also the test materials are available online.
GMAT exam is offered on demand and year-round at the following 17 cities* in India through 20 test centers.
